The absolute best experience I have ever had with a dentist visit! It started with the new patient paperwork that was sent to me prior to my visit. Easy to complete. Front desk on my arrival greeted me with a smile and a good morning. This may seem silly but the music was on point in the waiting area! I grew up in the 80s and hearing the music I grew up on as I waited was pretty awesome...Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, They Might Be Giants? Heck yeah!  My dental hygienist, Chantal (hopefully spelled correctly!), was incredibly pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen for my visit. Everything was done with intent with no sense of being rushed in and rushed out. After the initial x-rays/pictures/etc, Dr Weber came in and gave no sense of being in a hurry so he could get to the next patient. I was being treated as if I was the only one in the office at that time. He learned from Chantal that I was a recently retired Navy veteran and he thoughtfully asked all about my time in the Navy as well as about my family. I find that kind of "bedside manner" to be almost more important than anything else and I could tell that's where he and his staff place a lot of importance. The exam went well and the following cleaning by Chantal went just as well. Check out was quick and painless. Not just scheduled for my next appointment but they printed out info for a replacement mouth guard with costs after insurance and discounts so I know exactly what I would need to pay out of pocket if I chose to replace the one I already have. No pressure...completely left up to me but at least I have the info!

I immediately went home and made appointments for both my kids with my wife soon to follow! So glad to have made the decision to make Dr Weber my dentist! Great job to the Mount Dora Family Dental team!
